Health4Us, PLLC s a health and wellness consulting company committed to advancing health equity. We empower people of color and other vulnerable communities with the knowledge and tools to prevent and manage the chronic illnesses that affect them most. Our mission is to help you live your healthiest life — and, in doing so, improve the well‑being of the broader community. We believe Knowledge Becomes Wellness.

Health4Us, PLLC is dedicated to promoting health equity by empowering susceptible groups with knowledge to manage & prevent chronic illnesses. We have over 40 years of nursing experience in quality improvement, nursing education & compliance in managed care, hospitals, and home care. Our health & wellness topics focus on the chronic conditions that mostly impact people of color and vulnerable groups. Everyone else benefits too.

Denice Valentine-Boone, MSN, RN - Healthcare Consultant/Owner

Denice brings over 40 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator, with a career spanning nurse consulting, risk management, quality leadership, medical‑surgical care, and home health. She holds an A.S. in Nursing from Forest Park Community College, a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University, and an M.S. in Nurse Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Denice currently serves as a lecturer at UNC Charlotte, where she continues to shape the next generation of nurses.

Through this company, she empowers people of color to take control of their health and prevent chronic disease. Her expertise and commitment to health equity continue to make a meaningful impact in the community.
